Ikan's LEED accredited professional can be retained as the consultant responsible for all documentation required for a LEED Certification. In this capacity, we are responsible for registering Green Building Projects with the U.S. Green Building Council, submitting all required documentation to them and responding to their requests for clarification.

Ikan's goal is to help our clients obtain a desired status of LEED certification -- green building recognition, while maintaining initial project expectations for quality, delivery cost, and schedule adherence .

As design leaders, we develop the scope of work for sub-consultants and contractors, then ensure the project earns applicable LEED points required to achieve LEED certified silver, gold or platinum status.
