Ithaca NY, Hotel and Resort conceptual design and master planning for proposed Four Star lodge-style hotel and conference center. Design concepts included indoor-outdoor water park, golf course, suite style lodging accommodations, conference hall, and restaurant facilities. Energy system model included heating and cooling simulations and utility infrastructure analysis for domestic and fire protection, water, sanitary, storm water, and natural gas systems. Design highlights included building energy balance of central plant with building an indoor water park; and building heat rejection to site architectural pond and waterfall.

Vernon NY, Casino, conceptual design and master planning for proposed 100,000 sq ft casino that included gaming, dining, administration, bar, and entertainment areas. Energy system model included heating and cooling simulations and utility infrastructure analysis for domestic and fire protection, water, sanitary, storm water, and natural gas systems. Design highlights included under-floor air distribution system designed to create a smoke free environment in smoking sections; and a hybrid heat recovery air handling system to lower building energy consumption.
