Designed in collaboration with David D. Quillin Architecture, this LEED certified condominium is the first LEED green building project to be located in Ocean City, Maryland.

In addition to all LEED requirements, Ikan completed engineering services including the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design.

• Vegetative roof top garden, which cleans storm water and provides green space for occupant use.

• Healthy finish materials including bamboo hardwood.
