Tripoli's Iconic Tower, Libya

Tripoli’s Icon Tower is designed on this rectangular plot of around 12,600 m² with a main orientation towards the Mediterranean and Eastern-Western axis orientation. Its design concept is based on a two section open floor plate plan with 180˚ views for each section.

This tower project is designed in a hi-tech fashion with hi-tech materials and state-of-the-art technical installations, with a total built-up area of approximately 147,000 m².

The project was studied according to the LEED Rating System and implements many aspects of sustainable design to address economic, social, and environmental aspects of infrastructure development.

The project's sustainable concept design was completed by Ikan in collaboration with Dar Al-Handasah.
