Energy City D-17, Doha Qatar

ECQ project D-17 is located within Sector D of the Energy City Master plan. The project is to be a 5-story office building (2 Basements, Ground Floor, Mezzanine Floor + 3 Floors) with a distinct architectural iconic character. The building is to follow guidelines for a sustainable architecture in order to contribute to the overall design intention of the Energy City to become a sustainable environment and achieve a minimum of LEED Silver Certification.

The design intent of the D-17 project is to create an architecturally distinct building through an integrated approach, which considers contextual conditions and application of sustainability measures in order to achieve a well-balanced and functionally adequate design that meets both the Master plan’s and clients' requirements.

The project concept design was completed in collaboration with Focus Design Partners for the Energy City in Lusail, Qatar.
