Palm Jebel Ali Towers, Dubai

The project consists of 6 parcels and 14 towers to be located at the center of the Palm Island in Dubai. The “Living Green” concepts include social, environmental, and economic aspects of sustainable community design. Ideas for architectural form and building function are identified to support the advanced sustainability goals of the project. Client has requested a LEED Gold Certification and project is analyzed according to the LEED rating system.

The project concept design was completed in collaboration with Dar Al-Handasah for Middle Eastern developer of Dubai Islands, Nakheel.
