EcoVillage of Loudoun County VA, Architectural and Environmental Committee recently approved Ikan as a professional design team qualified to support future EcoVillage development. This 180- acre parcel will utilize cluster development in order to preserve 85% of the existing green space. The Ecovillage has redefined the concept of community development with priorities placed on green space conservation, energy efficiency, healthy homes, sustainable living and a cooperative management method that considers all residents to be equal and requires mutual consent of the community on each important decision of governance..
