Ikan has been recently recruited by award winning architect David Quillin, AIA for collaboration on design and construction of a LEED certified condominium development to be located in Ocean City, MD. This waterfront property will include such sustainable features as day lighting, excessive waterfront views, vegetative roof, passive cooling with 100% outdoor air,healthy materials, and minimal site disturbances.
